Can I pay with credit/debit card?
Yes. We accept credit card /debit card payments and those are processed by PayPal (PayPal account is not required). We also accept regular PayPal and bank money transfer payments.
Do you send your products to my location?
We're shipping wordwide heavily. If you want to confirm that shipping to your country is possible, add some products to your basket in our online shop and look up the destination country at the checkout section.
I'd like to order customized product/s. Is it possible?
No. We do not make any customized products matching individual needs of our clients. Our machine park is focused on mass production manufacturing several dozens/hundreds of pieces at a time. Production of a single individualized element/product would force serious overcharging as the whole production process would have to be temporarily suspended.
Could I get a quote for shipping individual products?
Yes. You can easily check it yourself. All you have to do is add some products to your basket in our online shop and select the destination country at the checkout section. Our website will automatically display the shipping cost and total cost of your order. Done!
I live in a country outside the EU and I would like to order products without paying VAT. How do I do it?
If you add to your cart the products which combined weight exceeds the limit of 10kg (22lbs.), and select your country at the checkout section our website will automatically subtract the VAT from your order.
You can find such information in paint racks product descriptions however, if you still have doubts, please contact us and we will gladly advise you.
What are your products made of? Are these materials eco friendly / non toxic?
Our products are made of high quality HDF (High Density Fibreboard ) and MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard ) materials. These materials are completely harmless and are often used for the production of home furniture. Products from the Workshop Organizers category are made of plywood.
In the pictures your products look very nice and aesthetic, but I have doubts about their durability.
After proper assembly our products are very durable and it is nearly impossible to damage them during regular use. HobbyZone products are utilized by a huge number of modelers around the world and we have never received a complaint / remark regarding poor durability of our products.
I would like to buy a specific/spare part. Is it possible?
No. We do not sell spare parts but we can send you such an element free of charge along with your next order. The value of the order is not crucial, it can be any product. Just add a comment to your order with explanation which part you would like to receive.
I would like to order one / two products from you and the price of the products is almost the same as the shipping price. Is there any way to reduce shipping costs?
Very often it is possible. We supply many hobby stores, and it is very likely that you can purchase our products in your country and pay less for shipping. Send us an email if you cannot find your local reseller. We will do our best to help you.
Will I have to pay customs charge?
Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery. The shipping charges you pay to us only cover shipping costs, and do NOT include customs fees. We have no control over these fees and have no way of accurately calculating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc Please contact your local customs office for more information.
This error means that we do not have enough items in stock. Contact us and we will let you know when this product will be available in larger quantities.
I run a hobby store and I would like to start selling your products. What do I have to do?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and write a few words about your business. In response, we will present you the conditions of wholesale. NOTE - if your store is in the EU, send us your EU VAT number.
Do you sell gift cards?
No. We do not sell gift cards or anything of that sort.
How long do I have to wait for the shipment after paying for the order?
We aim to send parcels within two business days of payment being taken. Over 90% of orders are shipped within 24 hours. If your order is sent via PostOffice, it might take a bit longer.
I have a problem with proper connection of modules with magnets. Is there any trick to do this right?
Yes. Such problems most often mean that magnets with the same polarity face each other. To avoid it you can mark the polarity of one side of the magnets with a marker. That way you always know which side is + or – and proper magnet installation in all the modules should not be a problem. If at any time in the future you would like to change the configuration of your modules or add new ones, then connecting them with correct magnets polarity is going to be easy.
I would like to know what are the steps to place an order in your store.
Our store operates on the same principles as most online stores. The first step is adding products to the cart. When your order is ready go to the checkout section. Start with selecting your country in the shipping address section as it instantly displays available payment and delivery options. Fill in the rest of the fields and place your order. Once you do an order confirmation email is sent to you. Another email, with shipping confirmation and tracking number is sent when your order is prepared for pickup. If you choose delivery by UPS additional shipment reports are sent to your email. If you choose delivery by Postal Service you can track your parcel on track24.net.
